Fluidità degli spazi e funzionalità costituiscono gli elementi principali del progetto .
Nella prima proposta del piano terra è stato previsto un unico ambiente cucina-living; la parete con camino svolge la funzione di elemento separatore: dal lato del living funge da parete attrezzata per tv con mensola inferiore porta oggetti, mentre dal lato dell'ingresso scherma la cucina e viene adibito sia come svuotatasche che da appendiabiti.
La scala con il parapetto in vetro gioca un ruolo estetico importante, in quanto, così come nella vostra proposta, un gradino viene prolungato per divenire mensola. Nella seconda versione del piano terra, invece, un pannello sul parapetto della scala ( cosi come da foto di riferimento) funge da porta tv in modo da ottimizzare gli spazi in maniera diversa e centrare il camino tra cucina e living. La stessa parete tutta altezza del camino è costituita da una mensola bassa che può servire da seduta per la tv. In questo caso il pranzo viene spostato nel giardino d'inverno, comunicante con la cucina, che in ogni caso ospita una comoda mensola break.
In entrambe le piante, per sfruttare al meglio il corridoio, sono stati inseriti degli armadi rasomuro a parete e per quanto concerne i bagni, sono stati mantenuti in prossimità degli attacchi dello stato di fatto.Per la camera da letto principale si è pensato di separare la zona cabina armadio con una piccola parete in listelli di legno (che richiama anche l'ingresso della casa); per la stanza più piccola si è pensato invece di ottimizzare lo spazio con un letto armadiato.
Al primo piano, si è pensato di separare scala e studio da una vetrata scorrevole che, aprendosi, può mettere in comunicazione il living. Una parete in listelli di legno caratterizza quest'ultima parte che funge sia da piccolo studio per i ragazzi che da comodo soggiorno.

Fluidity of spaces and functionality are the main elements of the project.
In the first proposal on the ground floor, a single kitchen-living room was provided; the wall with fireplace acts as a separating element: on the side of the living room it acts as a wall equipped for TV with a lower shelf for objects, while on the entrance side it shields the kitchen and is used both as a pocket and coat hanger.
The staircase with the glass parapet plays an important aesthetic role, as, as in your proposal, a step is extended to become a shelf. In the second version of the ground floor, however, a panel on the parapet of the staircase (as well as a reference photo) acts as a TV stand in order to optimize the spaces in a different way and center the fireplace between the kitchen and the living room. The same full height wall of the fireplace consists of a low shelf that can serve as a seat for the TV. In this case, the lunch is moved to the winter garden, communicating with the kitchen, which in any case houses a comfortable break shelf.
In order to make the best use of the corridor, both walls have been fitted with wall flush wardrobes and as far as the bathrooms are concerned, they have been kept close to the attacks of the current state. For the main bedroom it was decided to separate the walk-in closet area with a small wooden strip wall (which also recalls the entrance to the house); for the smaller room it was thought instead of optimizing the space with a cupboard bed.
On the first floor, it was decided to separate the staircase and study from a sliding glass door which, by opening, can put the living room in communication. A wall in wooden slats characterizes the latter part which serves both as a small study for children and as a comfortable living room
