The project hypothesis satisfied all the customer's requests, trying to minimize the costs for the construction of water and electricity systems. The shape of the various environments is very versatile.
Indeed all the rooms can be easily furnished with the standard products existing on the market.

Kitchen and living room
The kitchen has been moved into the current living room, creating a unique but distinct space in the subdivision of the spaces. Light and ventilation are guaranteed by the presence of existing windows.
To hide the kitchen from the view of who enters the apartment, a shoulder has been created on the right. The part used as a kitchen accommodates a practical extendable table for when there are guests.
The part used as a living room can be furnished with a large bookcase as required, and a generously sized sofa.

Office
The studio has been created in place of the current kitchen, it is sized so that it can be transformed into a second single bedroom if necessary.

Bathrooms
The bathrooms were created by modifying the partition of the existing bathroom.
A bathroom has a direct entry into the bedroom through a retractable door.
The other bathroom, also equipped with a retractable door,has the initial part enlarged to accommodate
the washing machine and the shower cabin. The sanitary ware are positioned on the back wall not far from the exhausts of the other bathroom, to which they will be connected. On the same wall a window has been created to solve the problem of light and ventilation. In order to obtain effective ventilation, however, a false ceiling has been provided within which the forced ventilation system will be placed, which will bring the air outwards through the adjacent bathroom.

Main bedroom
The entrance door has been moved to allow the creation of a niche in which the wardrobe can be housed; the latter will line up with the wall that borders the bathroom creating a single line.

Second bedroom
Also in this case the door has been moved in order to increase the cubicle of the closet at the end of the corridor, and be able to stretch the wall where to place the wardrobe.
This intervention is not essential, in fact you could leave the situation to the existing state.

L'ipotesi di progetto ha soddisfatto tutte le richieste del cliente, cercando ridurre al minimo le spese per la realizzazione degli impianti idrici ed elettrici. La conformazione dei vari ambienti è molto versatile. Infatti tutte le stanze potranno essere arredate facilmente con i prodotti standard esistenti sul mercato.

Cucina e soggiorno
La cucina è stata spostata nell'attuale soggiorno, creando un ambiente unico, ma ben distinto nella suddivisione degli spazi. La luce e l'areazione sono garantite dalla presenza delle finestre esistenti.
Per mascherare la cucina alla vista di chi entra nell'appartamento, è stata creata una spalletta a destra. La parte adibita a cucina accoglie un tavolo allungabile pratico per quando ci sono ospiti.
La parte adibita a salotto potrà essere arredata con una grande libreria come richiesto e un divano di dimensioni generose.

Studio
Lo studio è stato ricavato al posto dell'attuale cucina, è dimensionato in modo da poter essere trasformato all'occorrenza in una seconda camera da letto singola.

Bagni
I bagni sono stati ricavati modificando la partizione del bagno esistente.
Un bagno ha l'ingresso diretto nella camera da letto attraverso una porta a scomparsa.
L'altro bagno, anch'esso munito di porta a scomparsa, ha la parte iniziale allargata per poter ospitare la lavatrice e la cabina doccia. I sanitari sono posizionati sulla parete di fondo non distanti dagli scarichi dell'altro bagno, ai quali si collegheranno. Sulla stessa parete è stata ricavata una finestra per ovviare al problema della luce e dell'areazione. Per ottenere comunque un'areazione efficace è stato previsto un controsoffitto all'interno del quale verrà posizionato l'impianto di areazione forzata che porterà l'aria verso l'esterno attraverso il bagno adiacente.

Camera da letto principale
La porta d'ingresso è stata spostata per consentire la creazione di una nicchia nella quale potrà essere alloggiato l'armadio; quest'ultimo si allineerà al muro che delimita il bagno creando una linea unica.

Seconda camera da letto
Anche in questo caso la porta è stata spostata per poter aumentare la cubatura del ripostiglio, e poter
allungare il muro dove posizionare l'armadio.
Questo intervento non è indispensabile, infatti si potrebbe lasciare la situazione allo stato esistente.
