According to the task the 100 square meter apartment is totally redesigned and renovated.
There is a separate small study room, a master bathroom and a master bedroom on the east side, while on the west side there is a living-dining room, kitchen and a bedroom for 2 children. Both bedrooms stayed double and of the same size (about 15-16 square meters). A guest bathroom and a storage room (wardrobe) are inside the apartment and don't have windows.
Such re-planning makes better usage of the existing area and fully exploits all the six windows.
