I have been working on two options described here:
Option 1
I believe this option takes better advantage of the open space especially at the entrance and the living room, creating a bright and contemporary space in the centre of the apartment
There is a separated kitchen with a breakfast table on the east side while keeping the dining table in the open space on the west, near the living. The service bathroom is also very bright and ventilated in the space where the old apartment kitchen was. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are in a comfortable position to be connected on the existing plumbing.
The study desktop is near the living rooom area,
Option 2
This is the option with an open kitchen on the west and a studio on the east, where the old apartment kitchen was initially located.
The bathroom area is reconfigued so that now there are two of them. Both are in a close proximity to the existing draining pipes. There is also an 8 sqm study room near the entrance.
