Vibrant, modern and cosy design - on relatively low budget.
FUNCTION:
quite clearly divided sitting/standing area, window-counter sitting area, bar counter and the kitchen + nice entrance area. Zones can be also loosely implied with suspended ceiling (no suspended ceiling=passage). Menu-toilet wall has been extended to make menu wall/bar counter longer and to create an extra toilet entrance zone.
DESIGN+MATERIALS:
most of the furniture (except from the chairs that can be bought in a local shop) is (as you mentioned this possibility) from local woodworkers, can be made e.g. with melamine fiberboard, but of course the final finishing depends on the budget.
An interesting part of the design are "wooden beam walls", as you can see in e.g."view B" under certain angle (from the entrance), they are hiding the toilet door. They also create a nice semi-open entrance to the restaurant.
BAR COUNTER:
you can of course adjust it to your needs, especially knowing the dimensions that are needed: mini-oven depth, drinks refrigerator depth, pizza radius :). "Western", higher counter (while looking at the plan as it is) can be easily replaced with the "southern" - you can make a pizza display here and move the cash register to "southern" part.
