La casa come un corpo vivo, mutevole e vibrante. Sensibile al cambio delle stagioni e all'incedere delle ore. Posto ideale per le relazioni, con spazi si privati, ma mai di segregazione e ambienti che favoriscono le relazioni, fuori e dentro la famiglia. Pelli leggere, diaframmi vedo e non vedo, fanno spaziare lo sguardo al cielo, alla natura che diventa elemento architettonico fondante, eliminando la dicotomia dentro/fuori, ma anche sopra/sotto.
Partendo da una preesistenza di forte carattere, il progetto mantiene l'originaria articolazione volumetrica tripartite, funzionale alla necessità di garantire accessi indipendenti a vari ambiti della casa. La scala elicoidale rimane elemento fondante del progetto, garantendo i collegamenti verticali. Il concetto di balcone ad asola viene ampliato e portato ad essere un giardino verticale.
Il piano terra ospita gli spazi condivisi e gli spazi di servizio, aperti sul giardino. Il livello superiore ospita gli spazi di relazione: il grande living multifunzionale e gli spazi del coworking. Tutto ritorna al centro della volumetria, si raccoglie attorno al grande terrazzo giardino che ospita verde e sculture. L'ultimo livello è quello degli spazi privati per eccellenza, le zone notte, che tuttavia rimangono sempre fluidamente in relazione con lo spazio centrale, grazie allo spazio a doppia altezza con il soppalco. Un nuovo livello viene aggiunto: intimo e raccolto, un "sunken garden" ideale per ospitare gli spazi dedicati al wellness e al relax.
Contenendo le opere strutturali, il budget può essere destinato alla realizzazione di un involucro energeticamente efficiente. Una pelle intelligente, traspirante e in grado di controllare al meglio gli scambi termici. Grandi vetrate ma acusticamente e energeticamente efficiente, grazie a vetri selettivi e schermature a brise soleil, che connotano anche architettonicamente l'edificio: la luce naturale è utilizzata il più possibile e il più possibile viene controllata e gestita. Un tetto verde, naturale mezzo di controllo della termoregolazione e appotysyore di benefici a vari livelli. Un biolago, infine, provvede a depurare naturalmente le acque della piscina e delle vasche a sforo. Laddove l'involucro non può arrivare da solo, questo viene integrato da impianti ad alta efficienza, come pompe di calore per caldo/freddo irradiato dal pavimento, pannelli per il solare termico e pannelli fotovoltaici.

Starting from a pre-existence of strong character, the project maintains the original tripartite volumetric articulation, functional to the need to guarantee independent access to various areas of the house. The spiral staircase remains a fundamental element of the project, guaranteeing vertical connections. The concept of a slotted balcony is extended and made into a vertical garden. The ground floor houses the shared spaces and service spaces, open onto the garden. The upper level houses the relationship spaces: the large multi-functional living area and the coworking spaces. Everything returns to the center of the volume, it is gathered around the large garden terrace that houses greenery and sculptures. The last level is that of private spaces par excellence, the sleeping areas, which however always remain fluidly in relation with the central space, thanks to the double-height space with the mezzanine. A new level is added: intimate and collected, a "sunken garden" ideal for hosting spaces dedicated to wellness and relaxation. Containing the structural works, the budget can be used to create an energy-efficient envelope. An intelligent skin, breathable and able to better control heat exchanges. Large windows but acoustically and energetically efficient, thanks to selective glass and brise soleil screens, which also architecturally connote the building: natural light is used as much as possible and is controlled and managed as much as possible. A green roof, a natural means of controlling thermoregulation and appotysyore of benefits at various levels. Finally, a biolago naturally purifies the water of the pool and of the overflow tanks. Where the casing cannot arrive on its own, this is supplemented by high-efficiency systems, such as heat pumps for heat / cold radiated from the floor, solar thermal panels and photovoltaic panels.
