Following keenly on the brief submitted we hereby present our PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS;
-The critical spaces noted were the lounge and kitchen makeover and the girls bedrooms-each space given a unique theme.
-We divided the existing kitchen into two as depicted on plan to allow for a laundry space-advantage of this location is its proximity with the existing bath=ease of mechanical works ie drainage and its central location-kindly refer to plan.
-We have proposed a centralized peninsula so as not to affect the existing external doors-allow more natural light-We propose a wood stain paint on the doors
-The peninsula also serves as storage spaces,a breakfast nook or a lunch dining area-This position is ideal as it allows for better interaction with guests and allows for all family members have a seat.
-There is a focal wall/TV wall where we have proposed a contrasting colour of choice.
-The laundry area will have a storage cabinet,linen shelves,washer and dryer and a sink.
-In the master bedroom we have given a number of images and propose a vanity table/study table and a contrasting colour on the bed header with an artifact.
-The girls bedroom with have a theme for each space -we have allocated overhead storage shelves a full height closet and a study table for each girl.
