The apartment is newly built, it comes from an old factory recently converted into residential use. The yard is still open, as you can see from the photos, but the works are still finishing.
The floor has already been chosen and is a stoneware parquet effect, almost unique to the eye with a wooden floor.
In general I can say that we like environments simple, modern yet warm and welcoming. We like the white, light colors, natural, pastel colors and wood.
What we would like the contest is to have clear ideas about the choices to make furnishings (including if possible prices and origin of the objects selected), its accessories, wall colors, according to the guidelines below you can read, divided for each environment house.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen for various reasons long to list is a sceltache we are obliged to do. As seen in the attached picture is currently on display in the shop though Alno will be adapted to our environment according to the diagram always another photo attached. The high wall units dela kitchen and tall refrigerator are a charcoal gray very nice (especially in contrast with the wood) but I fear that the dark color and the line very modern kitchen can make the ambient cold and dark. To this I would think of “warm” with the other components of the furniture. They have yet to be chosen wall linings that will house the kitchen. In front of the wall in the kitchen we thought a small snack table or similar.
For the rest we don’t have specific ideas, I just say that I would not occupy the center of the room, if only to give the possibility to extend the table to invite more people to dinner, so I think that TV and sofa can not be placed front for this maybe You need a solution to turn the television or a removable trolley with wheels to position fontalmente or another. We have many books and so in most parts of the house, including the living room if possible, will be prepared for small libraries.
ROOMS:
In the one with bath)I think we report our current wardrobe (white linear and simple but good quality), while bed and various accessories have to be choosen. The room of our son instead should have a bed (possibly with pull out bed underneath), a wardrobe, a desk and containers or for many games.
STUDY:
in the lower floor of the apartment (basement with windows at the top), in the small room, I would do a study with a desk, bookshelves and still leave space for a sofa bed. I care a lot for this result, even the colors, a relaxed and conducive to concentration.
Entrance:
I do not know if this might affect the project but it would be nice to still find a way to feel a little more protected at least from the looks of the houses opposite (right out of the apartment) and to use it to the fullest, especially of course in the spring – summer.
