I have designed 2 plans for your project.
Plan A:
In this design, we have an open plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen. this space has a terrace. Living room and dining are combined in each other by a bench for dining that is located behind long sofa.
The laundry is located near the kitchen but in a separate space.
The master bedroom has a separate terrace and an area of ​​​​13.70 square meters, including a bathroom and a 3.40 square meter walk-in closet.
There is also a 9.20 square meter studio with a sofa-bed on the other side of the plan.

Plan B:
In this plan, the studio and the master bedroom are located side by side on the same side of the plan. In this plan, the studio is 7.20 square meters and the master bedroom is about 11 square meters.
