To infuse the desired touch of green, we will incorporate accents of olive green and dark green into the décor, such as throw pillows, artwork, and possibly indoor plants.
Entrance Area:
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a small closet and a mirror, offering convenience and functionality for changing clothes.
Open Living/Kitchen Area:
To realize the open living/kitchen area with a comfortable viewing distance between the TV and the sofa, we will carefully arrange the layout. The positioning of the TV wall will be strategically planned to ensure it doesn't disrupt your workspace, thereby maintaining harmony in the space. The kitchen design will focus on functionality and aesthetic appeal, seamlessly integrating with the living area. We propose a kitchen table designed in kind of shaped extension, offering ample counter space and creating a cozy dining area. Additionally, we suggest merging the breakfast and dining tables, placing them near your French window, providing a delightful view while enjoying meals.
Laundry Placement:
We acknowledge your preference for a smaller guest bathroom located near the entrance. Accordingly, we will efficiently arrange the washing machine, toilet, shower, and sink in this compact bathroom, optimizing the available space. The primary bathroom will be designed to accommodate all your needs comfortably and include a shower cabin, bidet, and toilet. Ensuring that this larger bathroom includes a window will allow natural light and ventilation to enhance the space.
Workspace:
Your request for a separate study/work area has been duly considered. To meet this need, we propose dedicating a section of the living area to your workspace while maintaining its separation from the kitchen. This approach will create a distinct yet integrated space conducive to focused work.
Master Bedroom and Study Room:
The master bedroom and study room will be thoughtfully designed as private retreats within the apartment. The study room can be scaled down in size, as per your request, to maximize available space for your work requirements.
