IL PROGETTO
L’appartamento, analizzando le diverse parti che lo compongono, presenta molti elementi interessanti; le numerose finestre, l’ingresso centrale, le due terrazze opposte nonché una buona maglia strutturale, possono portare alla realizzazione di una forma d’abitare semplice, luminosa e funzionale.
ZONA GIORNO
L’ingresso è stato ottimizzato al massimo in termini di funzionalità. Entrando, sulla destra, possiamo sfruttare un comodo GUARDAROBA (02) e frontalmente una parete permeabile (05), che può essere pensata in legno o acciaio, divide in maniera discreta l’area CUCINA/PRANZO (03) e SOGGIORNO (4) definendo gli spazi ma garantendo luminosità all’intero ambiente.
Lo STUDIO (11) è stato posizionato adiacente alla zona giorno: le due dimensioni rispettano i mq minimi per una camera singola pertanto, qualora si optasse per una vendita futura, l’appartamento risulta essere di fatto un trilocale ben distribuito. Dalla zona giorno si accede al bagno principale tramite un piccolo DISIMPEGNO (12, obbligatorio per legge se il bagno da direttamente sul soggiorno) che contiene anche l’angolo lavanderia.
ZONA NOTTE
Dal soggiorno, tramite una CABINA ARMADIO PASSANTE (06) si accede alla camera da letto matrimoniale dotata di SAUNA (07) e bagno in camera (09). Quest’ultimo è stato posizionato adiacente a quello principale così da condividere agevolmente l’impiantistica.
CONSIDERAZIONI FINALI
Il progetto è stato pensato in funzione delle desiderata del cliente ma anche da alcuni elementi fissi quali terrazze e portefinestre. Inoltre, eliminando qualunque forma di corridoio/disimpegno, i metri quadrati sono stati tutti utilizzati nella maniera più funzionale possibile.
THE PROJECT
The apartment, analyzing the different parts that compose it, presents many interesting elements; the numerous windows, the central entrance, the two opposite terraces as well as a good structural mesh, can lead to the creation of a simple, bright and functional form of living.
LIVING AREA
The entrance has been optimized to the maximum in terms of functionality. Entering, on the right, we can take advantage of a comfortable WARDROBE (02) and frontally a permeable wall (05), which can be designed in wood or steel, discretely divides the KITCHEN/DINING (03) and LIVING (4) areas, defining the spaces but ensuring brightness to the entire environment.
The STUDIO (11) has been positioned adjacent to the living area: the two dimensions respect the minimum square meters for a single room therefore, should one opt for a future sale, the apartment is in fact a well-distributed three-room apartment. The main bathroom is accessed from the living area via a small hallway (12, required by law if the bathroom overlooks the living room) which also contains the laundry corner.
SLEEPING AREA
From the living room, a THROUGH WALK-IN CLOSET (06) leads to the double bedroom equipped with SAUNA (07) and en-suite bathroom (09). The latter was positioned adjacent to the main one so as to easily share the plant engineering.
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
The project was designed according to the customer's wishes but also by some fixed elements such as terraces and French windows. Furthermore, by eliminating any form of corridor/hallway, the square meters have all been used in the most functional way possible.
