Per la realizzazione del progetto di arredo giardino all'ingresso della casa, si è pensato di rivestire con moderne pergole in alluminio che hanno un soffitto comandabile a distanza e possono essere aperte e chiuse completamente dando la possibilità di utilizzare il giardino e quando esso piove anche da comandare il sole all'ingresso. Su entrambi i lati ci sarà del verde con arbusti decorativi per creare indipendenza, sul lato confinante con il giardino del vicino verrà montato su pergolati un vaso con arbusti pendenti per creare privacy. Saranno presenti un salotto e una zona pranzo con una panca appoggiata sulla parete inferiore, sul lato incastonato tra il verde sarà la posizione in cui verrà posizionato il barbecue.
Il piano superiore avrà una zona lounge che sarà innalzata alla quota delle finestre con doppi vetri. Verrà creata una panchina a forma di L che avrà un'illuminazione nascosta al di sotto per creare un'atmosfera calda durante la sera. Verrà creato spazio per i moduli del condizionatore e su di essi verranno piegati vasi con piante ornamentali. Al centro dell'area lounge, ci sarà un tavolo da fuoco a etanolo al centro e anche una poltrona. La tromba delle scale sarà rivestita con listelli di legno verticali e su di essi verranno catturate piante rampicanti. Dall'altro lato della veranda verrà realizzata una parete con nastri di legno che sarà piantumata con piante aromatiche per cucinare. Sarà inoltre posizionata una fontana realizzata in travertino. L'illuminazione sarà bassa con punti murali e illuminazione a led nascosta sotto le scale e sotto la panca.
