Nel seminterrato, la classica porta del garage è stata sostituita da porte basculanti in vetro, mentre la materializzazione delle singole pareti è stata caratterizzata da elementi in cemento e mattoni. Nella parte adibita ad autorimessa, dove si trovano tre automezzi, deposito e attrezzi vari, è stata mantenuta la pavimentazione in cemento. Una parete divisoria in vetro trasparente delinea la palestra e la spa, con un pavimento gommato, favorendo la connessione visiva e la separazione funzionale. Le strutture nel seminterrato includono una piscina, sauna, bagno con doccia e lavanderia. La scala che porta al piano terra è ora protetta da una porta metallica e accanto si trovano il ripostiglio e la lavanderia.
Il piano terra, insieme alla galleria, costituisce il nucleo centrale della residenza. Il vecchio ingresso sul lato est è stato chiuso ed è stato sostituito da una spaziosa cucina con isola e tavolo da pranzo. L'accesso alla casa è ora nella parte sud, dove attualmente si trova il prato. L'ingresso avviene tramite una scala mobile nella zona giorno principale. La porta esposta a ovest è stata sostituita con una grande porta in vetro PIVOT. Il corridoio, parallelo alla zona giorno e pranzo, separa la zona notte, comprendente tre ambienti. Una delle camere per bambini dispone di un letto a castello e di un bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti riflette il design della camera da letto. Utilizzando la doppia altezza della stanza, sono integrati un letto matrimoniale, una zona lavoro e un ampio armadio. Una scala dietro l'armadio conduce al soppalco, dove si trova un ampio bagno in vetro, che offre una soluzione esteticamente gradevole e salvaspazio.
Ulteriori servizi al piano terra includono un'area salotto, un caminetto sospeso, un WC e una dispensa per la cucina. La caratteristica distintiva del soggiorno è una parete di vetro, parzialmente racchiusa da un muro in pietra, che lascia entrare la luce naturale nel corridoio garantendo allo stesso tempo la privacy. La galleria al primo piano è dedicata a due sale studio separate da pareti di vetro, che conducono ad una terrazza a tasca con cucina a vista, vasca idromassaggio e zona salotto. Lo spazio sopra il corridoio è destinato ad un angolo lettura e ad una biblioteca. Una scala in stile industriale conduce al primo piano e comprende scaffalature sottostanti. Tra la cucina e il corridoio della camera da letto, il giardino interno recintato in vetro lascia entrare la luce naturale e offre privacy. A comprehensive interior renovation was carried out, turning the residence into an industrial loft. In the basement, the classic garage door was replaced by overhead glass doors, while the materialization of the individual walls featured concrete and brick elements. The cement floor has been retained in the part of the garage, where three vehicles, storage and various tools are located. A transparent glass partition delineates the gym and spa, with a rubberized floor, encouraging visual connection and functional separation. Basement facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, toilet with shower and laundry. The staircase leading to the ground floor is now secured by a metal door and next to the utility room and laundry cupboard.
The ground floor, together with the gallery, forms the central core of the residence. The former entrance on the east side has been closed, and it has been replaced by a spacious kitchen with an island and a dining table. Access to the house is now in the southern part, where the lawn is currently located. Entry is via a floating staircase into the main living area. The west facing door has been replaced with a large PIVOT glass door. The corridor, parallel to the living and dining area, separates the night zone, including three rooms. One of the children's rooms has a bunk bed and a private bathroom. The guest room reflects the design of the bedroom. Using the double height of the room, a double bed, a work space and a spacious wardrobe are integrated. A staircase behind the wardrobe leads to the gallery, where there is a spacious bathroom with glass, providing an aesthetically pleasing solution that saves space.
Additional facilities on the ground floor include a sitting area, hanging fireplace, toilet and kitchen pantry. The defining feature of the living room is a glass wall, partially enclosed by a stone wall, which allows natural light into the hallway while ensuring privacy. The gallery on the first floor is dedicated to two study rooms separated by glass walls, which lead to a pocket terrace with an open kitchen, a jacuzzi and a sitting area. The space above the corridor is designated for a reading corner and a library. An industrial-style staircase to the first floor includes shelving below. Between the kitchen and the bedroom hallway, the glass-enclosed interior garden lets in natural light and offers privacy. The house embodies industrial design through carefully selected materials, resulting in a functional and detailed space, suitable for tenants to enjoy in every aspect of the residence.
