The proposed project includes a loft extension with a mezzanine and rooftop, designed with an industrial modern aesthetic using brick, iron, wood, and gypsum walls.
The loft area features:

3. An uncovered straight staircase leading up to the loft from the front
4. One or two bathrooms
The rooftop area includes:
1. A solar pergola
2. A sauna
3. A cold tub
4. A vertical garden
The bedroom and workplace are intentionally located in the mezzanine to provide a quieter, more peaceful atmosphere for these spaces. The ground floor features a kitchen with a large island and breakfast area overlooking the outside view, a dining room adjacent to the kitchen, and a living room with views to the other side of the building. A bar is placed between the dining and living rooms.
The rooftop is designed with two levels, both for aesthetic appeal and functionality. The layout features a gathering place, a cold tub, a sauna, and green walls. For safety, the space is covered with a combination of wood and transparent plastic, and Laminated glass as wall of solar pergola around your roof.
