Gentile Committente, seguendo le sue richieste, ho progettato un unico ambiente open-space, eliminando la parete divisoria esistente che separa la cucina dal soggiorno, ( dal pilastro verso il balcone) , con un tavolo bar rivolto verso la zona living , ma utilizzabile anche dalla cucina per la colazione. Il collegamento fisico dalla cucina al soggiorno è garantito in due punti: dall’ingresso , dove ho mantenuto la porta esistente di accesso alla cucina e da un passaggio laterale al tavolo bar, per consentire un contatto più diretto con la zona pranzo. L’area living è caratterizzata da due zone principali scandite dalla cornice a soffitto e da un vano dove alloggiare i faretti e i bocchettoni per l’aria condizionata; una dedicata al relax con un ampio divano ad angolo e una parete attrezzata e l’altra destinata ai pranzi per le occasioni speciali con un tavolo allungabile. La cucina è del tipo in linea con la possibilità di completarla con un carrello attrezzato da cucina o con un mobile ad isola utile come ulteriore piano lavoro . Nell’ingresso ho mantenuto la parete che separa la cucina ma ho eliminato la porta, mantenendo l’apertura e ho aperto una finestra che attraverso un sistema di diaframmi in cartongesso inclinati faccia intravedere l’ambiente nella sua interezza .

Dear Client, following your demands, I designed a unique open-space environment, eliminating the existing partition wall separating the kitchen from the living room (from the pier to the balcony), with a coffee table facing towards the living area, but can also be used from the kitchen for breakfast. The physical connection from the kitchen to the living room is guaranteed in two places: from the entrance, where I kept the existing door of access to the kitchen and a side passage at the bar table, to allow a more direct contact with dinette. The living area is characterized by two main areas scanned by the ceiling frame and a compartment where to stay spotlights and out connections for air conditioning; one dedicated to relaxation with a large corner sofa and a wall system and the other intended for lunches for special occasions with an extendable table. The kitchen is of the type in line with the possibility of supplementing with a shopping cart equipped kitchen or with a furniture island useful as a further working plane. In the hall I kept the wall separating the kitchen but I deleted the door, keeping open and I opened a window through an inclined plasterboard system diaphragms face glimpse of the environment in its entirety.
