For this project we have made two quite simple variants.
Variant 1 maintains the volumetry of the facade and proposes the closing with glass of balconies to uniform the volumetry and to simplify visually.
The facade will be covered with Parklex type outdoor wood or other material.
T - On the terraces of the last floors you can make some pergolas covered with metal and wood according to the attached images.
Version 2 proposes a slightly simplified version of the volume by making those white horizontal strips. The balconies will be closed with glass.
The proposed interventions want to maintain the image of the old building dressed in a modern dress and decorated with those covered terraces.
The image of the new building brings an imposing, orderly, modern image but with reference back in time, rejuvenating and bringing the whole building back to life.
The building becomes contemporary with our days, however, keeping its memory unaltered.
