Dear designers,
the building was built in the late 1960s. As we are going to upgrade the energy efficiency of the building in the next months, we’d like to do at the same time also a restyling of the prospects. We’d like to simplify its structure without changing too much its original Milanese design. The fourth and fifth floors will be totally renewed in the nexth months. We don’t need the building to look solid, but we’d like it to be efficient and not just energetically. We’d like it to be simple and to look nice both by day and by night. The outdoor terrace on the last floor (on the south-eastern side) could be enlarged to cover the space on the floor below.

El edificio fue construido a finales de la década de 1960. Como vamos a mejorar la eficiencia energía del edificio en los próximos meses, nos gustaría hacer al mismo tiempo un rediseño de las perspectivas. Nos gustaría simplificar la estructura sin cambiar mucho el diseño original Milanés. El cuarto y quinto piso serán totalmente renovados en los próximos meses.
No necesitamos que el edificio se vea sólido, pero nos gustaría que sea eficiente y no solamente enérgicamente. Queremos que sea simple y que sea vea bien tanto de día como de noche.
La terraza en el último piso (en el lado sureste) podría ampliarse para cubrir el espacio en el piso de abajo.

L’immobile è stato realizzato alla fine anni 60. Poiché sarà oggetto di riqualificazione energetica vorremmo “alleggerire” l’immagine senza alterare la sua anima (milanese ma non solo). Il IV e V piano saranno oggetto di altra e diversa completa ristrutturazione che dovrà integrarsi. Non deve sembrare solido ma efficiente (inutile dirlo…energetico, ma non solo). Bellezza giorno e di notte, acqua e sapone… Angolo terrazzo ultimo piano (senza copertura) sud-est si potrebbe ampliare in trasparenza per dare copertura al sottostante.
