Hello! In this project my concept is firmly grounded on sustainability which is also one of Perlage Wines' core values.
As illustrated in the section drawing, this design is centered on fitting the building into the local neighbourhood in terms of local organic materials (stone & wood), aesthetics, building technology as well as functionality. Energy efficiency (cooling) is designed for using the roof opening as illustrated while natural lighting is achieved using large windows and a bay window.
In terms of spaces, the floors are separated into two parts (front and back) with a floating staircase in between. On ground floor, the front part is dedicated to the public space, wine store, while the back part is occupied by the less public kitchen & warehouse. On first floor, the front is dedicated to the noisy space, the waiting lounge, while the back is taken up by the more silent space, the conference (meeting) room.

Ciao! In questo progetto il mio concetto è saldamente fondato sulla sostenibilità, che è anche uno dei valori chiave di Perlage Wines.
Come illustrato nel disegno della sezione, questo progetto è incentrato sull'adattamento dell'edificio al quartiere locale in termini di materiali organici locali (pietra e legno), estetica, tecnologia edilizia e funzionalità. L'efficienza energetica (raffreddamento) è progettata per l'utilizzo dell'apertura del tetto, come illustrato, mentre l'illuminazione naturale è ottenuta utilizzando grandi finestre e una finestra a bovindo.
In termini di spazi, i piani sono divisi in due parti (fronte e retro) con una scala mobile in mezzo. Al piano terra, la parte anteriore è dedicata allo spazio pubblico, negozio di vini, mentre la parte posteriore è occupata dalla cucina e dal magazzino meno pubblici. Al primo piano, la facciata è dedicata allo spazio rumoroso, la sala d'attesa, mentre la parte posteriore è occupata dallo spazio più silenzioso, la sala conferenze (riunioni).
