In this project, we were faced with two parts, offices and store but they were same thematic and functional parts.
The local architecture was the second challenge we were faced, we deployment that forms and faces to modern architecture that you see.
Therefore, So with these challenges in mind, the conclusion is, these two parts (the administrative department and sales department) retains their nature so that they work well together.
Accordingly, we design the facedes the store part in classic architecture and the office part in modern architecture.The store part designed with stone for outside and plaster for interior, in this part in Grandfloor we have an area for showing, it means this floor is more than a store place. In the administractive part we should put a conference area and the offices, in this floor we show the structure and use modern materials like metal, glasses and Aluminum sheets in modern and official face.
