We are Marta and Federico and we have been living in our new lovely house for two years and a half.
It is a semidetached house situated in the countryside of Treviso, a quiet place with a big garden in front of it.
With this contest we would like to furnish our living room, a big room but still empty.
We like modern style but not aseptic and impersonal ones.
Given the large room size dimensions, we have no doubt some brilliant ideas will arise making the space more precious on which we have not succeeded so far.
The idea we have about the living room is a cosy and friendly area suitable for children (we have a 2 years old daughter), but with something particular which will make it special and unique.

The fireplace’s chimney is located in the corner between the wall with the window and the one that faces west.
Sofa and TV should be present in the project.
We can create plasterboard structures but cannot demolish existing walls.
The floor is made of light grey resin.
The room has a wide window that overlooks a wooden porch facing south.
The budget we have decided to make available for this project is 10.000€, excluding TV and fireplace that we already have.
