Quella che risulta dall'unione dei due appartamenti è una casa che si sviluppa prevalentemente in lunghezza, della quale gli spazi di servizio e quelli più privati (le camere da letto, ad eccezione di quella padronale) si concentrano sul fronte che si affaccia sul cortile condominiale, mentre quelli di rappresentanza, i soggiorni, si allineano tutti sull'altro lato. Questa è stata la lettura che si è voluta dare alla casa. La disposizione del salone scelta fa sì che la casa possa essere fruita interamente, nei luoghi pubblici, nella sua lunghezza (oltretutto, in questo modo, in balcone risulta essere completamente di pertinenza del secondo soggiorno). L'elemento unificatore tra i due ambienti giorno risulterà essere la pavimentazione in parquet. I caratteri dei due soggiorni saranno invece differenti. Il primo, che corrisponde anche all'ingresso dell'appartamento, ha un carattere più quotidiano: qui si trova il soggiorno con sedute, televisione, librerie, e la sala da pranzo, prossima così alla cucina: l'arredo è classico e moderno; i colori sono neutri e le tonalità calde in modo da rendere l'ambiente molto confortevole. Una carta da parati a righe delle stesse tonalità del mobilio renderà l'ambiente particolare e sofisticato. L'altro soggiorno, di dimensioni minori, sarà invece destinato alle attività del tempo libero. Le tinte bianche e nere e l'arredo classico ed in stile lo renderanno elegante.

Viene qui anche proposta una sistemazione per la camera da letto delle bambine. Occupando il soggiorno i due ambienti sul fronte strada, è stato possibile ampliare il bagno, unificando i due ambienti di servizio e rendere questo accessibile direttamente dalla camera da letto, in modo tale, tuttavia, che, se dovesse essere usato da altri, l'accesso, posto nella prima zona della stanza, attrezzata con armadi, non disturberebbe la privatezza della camera.

What is resulted from the union of the two apartments is a house that is mainly developed in length, of which the service and the most private areas(bedrooms, except the master-one) focus on the front overlooking the courtyard, while those of representation, the livind areas, align all on the other side. This has been the reading that i wanted to give the house. The layout of the salon choice means that the house can be enjoyed fully, in public places, in its length (plus, in this way, the balcony can be fully attributable to the second living room). The unifying element between the two environments will be the parquet flooring. The characters of the two living rooms will instead be different. The first, which corresponds to the entrance of the apartment, has a more everyday: here is the living room with sofa, armchairs, television, bookcases, and the dining room, next to the kitchen so; the furniture is classic and modern; the colors are neutral and warm to make the room very comfortable. A stripes wallpaper of the same colors of the furniture will make the environment particular and sophisticated. The other ling room, smaller, will be allocated to leisure activities. The colors black and white and the classic and in style furniture will make it elegant.

Here is also proposed accommodation for the the little girls' bedroom . Occupying the living room the two rooms on the street side, it has been possible to expand the bathroom, unifying the two service areas, and make this accessible directly from the bedroom, in such a way, however, that, if it were to be used by others, the access, located in the first zone of the room, equipped with wardrobes, would not disturb the privacy of the room.
