Il progetto prevede zone e strutture amovibili che consentono di vivere di più lo spazio esterno.

Nella scelta dei materiali si è tenuto conto dello stile della casa e delle esigenze di qualità, funzionalità ed estetica. Ad esempio, la pavimentazione esterna è stata sostituita con due tipi di pavimentazione, entrambe antimacchia, antiscivolo e di facile pulizia.

La copertura posti auto è in listelli di similegno WPC.

La pergola ospita al suo interno zona relax, con parete con camino a bioetanolo, e zona pranzo. La pergola è bioclimatica. I lati possono essere chiusi con pannelli di vetro. Nel tetto la chiusura della lamelle consente una chiusura ermetica. Questa caratteristica rende possibile, opzionalmente, avere anche sulla parete del camino una zona tv. Un' area intima dove rifugiarsi nel verde, in qualsiasi stagione dell'anno, conversare con gli amici o stare con i propri cari. La dimensione e la distanza dal confine della pergola bioclimatica, tengono conto della normativa vigente riguardo il regolamento edilizio del comune di Latina, che consente di avere dimensioni massime di 15 mq e distanza dal confine minimo 1,50 m. Perciò, il progetto è realmente fattibile.

La zona barbecue è studiata per essere pratica, funzionale alla pergola, ed esteticamente in armonia con il contesto.

Sono stati eliminati le piante cicas e l'albero di magnolia. Il verde è stato mantenuto il più possibile e aggiunto in alcune zone per rendere il tutto ancora più armonioso. Nell'ingresso carrabile, nel corridoio verde è stata posizionata la siepe.

Gli elementi antiestetici, come i bidoni spazzatura e il condizionatore, sono stati coperti con strutture in listelli di similegno WPC. Queste strutture consentono di usare agevolmente e in sicurezza gli elementi al loro interno.
Questi listelli vanno a rivestire tutta la fascia di contatto dell'abitazione al pavimento. I listelli di similegno WPC sono resistenti e non si sporcano facilmente.

Le zone solarium sono due: una davanti alla pergola nel prato e l'altra rialzata sul confine sud. Quest'ultima è formata da listoni di similegno WPC.

Il salottino esterno verso la zona est della casa è un ambiente accogliente e di tendenza. Il pavimento scelto in quest'area è in similegno WPC.

In choosing the materials, the style of the house and the needs for quality, functionality and aesthetics were taken into account. For example, the external flooring has been replaced with two types of flooring, both stain-resistant, non-slip and easy to clean.

The parking space cover is made of WPC-like wood slats.

The pergola houses a relaxation area inside, with a wall with a bioethanol fireplace, and a dining area. The pergola is bioclimatic. The sides can be closed with glass panels. In the roof, the closing of the slats allows for an airtight seal. This feature makes it possible, optionally, to also have a TV area on the wall of the fireplace. An intimate area where you can take refuge in the greenery, in any season of the year, chat with friends or stay with loved ones. The size and distance from the border of the bioclimatic pergola take into account the legislation in force regarding the building regulations of the municipality of Latina, which allows for a maximum size of 15 m2 and a minimum distance from the border of 1.50 m. Therefore, the project is actually feasible.

The barbecue area is designed to be practical, functional to the pergola, and aesthetically in harmony with the context.

The cicas plants and the magnolia tree have been eliminated. The greenery has been kept as much as possible and added in some areas to make everything even more harmonious. The hedge was placed in the driveway entrance, in the green corridor.

Unsightly elements, such as the waste bins and the air conditioner, were covered with WPC wood-like slat structures. These structures allow you to use the elements inside them easily and safely.
These strips cover the whole contact strip of the house to the floor. WPC wood-like slats are durable and not easily soiled.

There are two solarium areas: one in front of the pergola in the lawn and the other raised on the southern border. The latter is made up of similar WPC wood planks.

The sitting room outside towards the east of the house is a welcoming and trendy environment. The flooring chosen in this area is WPC wood-like.
