Dear Customer.
I have taken into account all your expressed needs and requirements and have created a simple and fresh proposal that I hope will be to your liking. First, I define the largest and 2.70 m high area as the living room, furnishing it with a modular sofa and a multi-purpose TV stand, in which you can display, store and place your television set. Next, I completely removed the dividing wall in the double height area, to have a better feeling of the space, and replace the stair with a new open risers U-shaped zig-zag staircase, with a minimalist garden underneath; The lightweight glass design and slim railing allows for permeability between the two areas (fireplace and dining area).
Around the fireplace is arranged a sofa and two armchairs in order to convert the space into a relaxation area; and in front of the entrance to the kitchen is a 6-seat dining table. Lastly, I put various assisting storage furniture in key places in the apartment and the proposed interior design style is contemporary with neutral colors, to create an elegant and airy feeling.
