Thank you for the amazing challenge. This is my proposal for your plan. I also added more renders of the area for your better understanding of the space. My very first idea for your interior design is to create the stair case in the middle of the space as an sculpture or an art piece to be pleasant to see in any area you are, whether it is lounge or dining or living area.
