Il progetto è stato pensato e costruito su misura per il committente con una zona giorno ampia e totalmente aperta sul fronte di via Marghera. Questo spazio open-space tra cucina e soggiorno è concepito per poter essere parzialmente separato con delle pannellature a listelli di legno. Nella parte centrale sono state collocate le aree di servizio: nel disimpegno l’armadiatura a muro nasconde la zona lavanderia; il bagno traslato rispetto alla posizione originale, avrà l’aspirazione forzata ma prenderà luce dall’apertura realizzata superiormente sulla parete confinante con la zona cucina e chiuso con una vetrata fissata con dei fermavetro in acciaio. Infine si accede alla camera da letto , attraverso una cabina guardaroba. La parete sui cui poggia il letto è decorata con una carta da parati dai colori piuttosto caldi e neutri per rendere l’ambiente sobrio e delicato. Nella camera infine, è stata collocata, secondo le esigenze del committente, una toletta per il trucco. Tutti i materiali utilizzati, dal parquet di rovere per la zona living e la zona notte, nonché le piastrelle di gres porcellanato per il bagno dai colori luminosi e caldi, conferiscono agli ambienti eleganza e sobrietà, il tutto enfatizzato dai giochi di luce creati dai controsoffitti e dall’illuminazione inserita all’intero del progetto.

All materials used, from the oak parquet for the living room and bedroom areas, as well as the porcelain tiles for the bathroom with bright and warm colors, give the elegance and sobriety environments, all emphasized by the play of light created by the ceilings and lighting inserted the entire project.
