Dear costumer,
we designed a classical and elegant space with a living, a dining area and a kitchen in the same space including all your requests and suggested materials.
We didn't draw a wall between the kitchen and the dining, leaving the beauty of an open space.
The kitchen island and the different ceilings' shapes will provide separation.
We left all the lines (gas/water) on the wall so it will be easier for you to do the work without demolish the floor and the preexisting heating system.
If you wish you could move the sink or the range on the island but this solution is going to be more expensive.
In the renders we designed two options with a different position of the couch. We prefer the first option with the couch in front of the television, but if you have guests people are going to give their back to the dining area.
A wainscoting and a crown molding gives more importance and elegance to the environment.
