The project envisages the expansion of the living area destined to room through the creation of an opening in the bearing wall that houses the kitchen block be isolated from the living area by avetrate hinged doors.

There are no intermediate floors, but there is the possibility to realize the ceilings in the rooms of the master bathroom and the kitchen, to a minimum of 2.40 m height, with the use of hollow tiles brickwork and steel beams, in order to exploit the space 80 cm between the ceiling and the existing slab as horizontal storage room for suitcases or other items, accessible from the master bedroom. This would allow also to improve the spatiality of said chamber.

The convex corner of the living area, immediately visible entering the living, is thought to be furnished with a corner cupboard and a wall-paintings system as in references.
