I design the façade as simple as possible considering some of the structural members on the porch area will be retained and erected new structural members on the carport area. The design must go along with the modern architectural design. The design solution also consider not demolishing any wall or structural members to save time and budget. Adding new materials like glass, architectural wooden slots, and false columns on the porch area resulted in an elegant and modern design. In the carport area. I use some stone works to balance out the material texture. The walls that have stone works extend to 500mm from the existing apex line of the structure. I provided 2 designs scheme, The design 1 is a more expensive material choice with architectural wooden slots and a gray color scheme on the parapet wall of both porch and carport. On another hand, design 2 is more likely a budget option with a just wall with wooden texture and wooden texture finish also on the parapet wall of porch and carport area.
