For the façade design, were used straight lines and geometric shapes, created by the superposition of different planes.
The access door is located in front of the main façade, creating a highlight, continuing the image provided by the built-in closet that acts as a prop deposit located in the garage.
On this access it’s proposed to maintain the existing beams and cover them with a transparent glass ceiling inserting natural lighting into this new house area.
A barbecue and pool area it's inserted behind the garage to give an enhancement to that rear sector of the house.
The exposed cement, wood and steel materials gives a modern touch to the proposal. Also, the stone used combined with other materials present such as stucco creates modern compositions creating very interesting textures.
