Come risposta alle esigenze esposte vengono qui proposte 2 ipotesi, che non solo riguardano l'organizzazione del lato Est dell'appartamento, tenendo o meno in considerazione la presenza dei pilastri, ma anche della sistemazione degli spazi lungo gli altri tre lati, dedicati alla zona notte e al Bed and Breakfast in entrambe le proposte.
Le due ipotesi (delle quali per l'ultima viene proposta una variante) sono COMBINABILI, poiché l'organizzazione della zona giorno non dipende da quella della zona notte: si potrà così optare per un'ulteriore soluzione che prenda in considerazione la sistemazione del lato Est della prima ipotesi e quella dei lati Nord e Ovest della seconda, e viceversa.
In entrambe le soluzioni l'appartamento risulta dotato di tutti gli ambienti richiesti, oltreché fornito di numerosi spazi per l'organizzazione della casa (ripostigli, armadi a muro, scaffali, librerie).
Dall'ingresso, dotato sempre di armadiature a muro per riporre cappotti o altri indumenti (spesse 35 o 60 cm), si accede direttamente alla zona giorno che si sviluppa occupando tutto il lato Est e che comprende un salotto, una sala da pranzo e la cucina (andando da sud a nord). Grazie alla separazione tra cucina e soggiorno realizzata dalla porta scorrevole di vetro, la percezione dello spazio sarà molto ampia e vivace: potrà spaziare dalla cucina, che occupa laparete di fondo a nord, fino al soggiorno, conterminato dalla parete a sud arricchita da un rivestimento ceramico che simula il mattone (brick con colori caldi, che riprendono le essenze lignee dell'arredo, e tendenti al grigio che si combinano con le tonalità della pavimentazione).
La cucina, che fa dunque parte dell'ampio spazio della zona giorno, è accessibile anche da una porta di servizio, posta lungo l'atrio. Accanto a questo accesso è stata ricavata una nicchia dove alloggiare il congelatore (che a discrezione del cliente può essere anche sistemato nel ripostiglio).
Per la zona notte ed il B&B vengono presentate più ipotesi (3): tutte rispondono alle esigenze poste rispettando anche le metrature (per il B&B) imposte dalla normativa.
CONTROSOFFITTI
Per gli spazi di distribuzione e di servizio viene previsto un controsoffitto ribassato ad un’altezza di 250 cm.
Questa scelta ha diversi obiettivi.
Obiettivi di ordine spaziale:
abbassare l’altezza degli spazi di distribuzione e di servizio (che in genere sono quelli più stretti) aiuta a migliorarne percettivamente le proporzioni dilatando l’ambiente fruito. Inoltre l’alternanza di spazi bassi e alti gerarchizza gli ambienti e crea una tensione spaziale.
Obiettivi di ordine funzionale:
Dove necessario il controsoffitto ribassato (ed eventualmente rinforzato) può offrirespazio utile per riporre oggetti.
Obiettivi di ordine tecnico ed impiantistico:
all’interno del controsoffitto può essere alloggiato il sistema di illuminazione costituito da faretti LED, nonché il sistema di aspirazione forzata dell’aria nei bagni che non hanno presa diretta di luce e di aria.
RIFINITURE
Per le camere da letto, comprese quelle del B&B, si propongono rifiniture ed arredi semplici e lineari (che possano piacere a tutti), resi più vivaci da dettagli colorati: la parete alla quale si addossa il letto, ad esempio, è colorata con tinte rilassanti (sui toni del blu e del verde) alla quale si possono abbinare tessili e tappezzerie.
Per le pavimentazioni viene proposto un gres porcellanato color grigio.

In response to the requirements set out, two hypothesis are here proposed, which is not unique to the organization of the East side of the apartment, taking or not into account the presence of the pillars, but also the arrangement of the spaces along the other three sides, dedicated to the night area and to the Bed and Breakfast in both proposals.
The two hypotheses (of which the last is proposed a variant too) are COMBINABLE, because the organization of the living area is not dependent on that of the sleeping area: then you can opt for another solution that takes into account the arrangement of the East side of the first proposal and that of the North and West sides of the second, and vice versa.
In both solutions, the apartment is equipped with all required environments, as well as provided of many spaces for the organization of the house (storage rooms, cupboards, shelves, bookcases).
From the entrance, always equipped with wardrobes (35 or 60 cm deep) to store coats or other clothing , you have direct access to the living area which develops occupying all the East side and that includes a living room, a dining room and kitchen (from south to north). Thank to the glass sliding door dividing the kitchen from the living room, the perception of space is very large and lively: will range from the kitchen, which occupies the back wall to the north, into the living room, ended with the south wall enhanced by a ceramic coating that mimics the brick (brick with warm colors that reflect the wood essences furnishings, and graying colors that combine with the tones of the flooring).
The kitchen, which is therefore part of the large living area space, is also accessible from a service port, located along the atrium. Next to this access has been created a niche where accomodate a freezer (which at the discretion of the customer can also be placed in the storage room).
For the sleeping area and the B & B are presented more hypothesis (3): all meet the requirements, respecting even the minimum sizes (for the B & B) imposed by legislation.
FALSE CEILING
For thedistribuition and service spaces is provided for a lowered ceiling to a height of 250 cm.
This choice has several objectives.
Spatial objectives:
lower the height of the distribution and service spaces (which generally are those closest) helps to improve perceptually the proportions expanding the environment. Also the alternation of high and low spaces hierarchizes environments and creates a spatial tension.
Functional objectives:
Where necessary the lowered ceiling (and possibly reinforced) can offer space useful for storing objects.
Technical objectives and plant:
inside the false ceiling can be housed the lighting system consists of LED spotlights, as well as the forced air suction system in the bathrooms that have no direct outlet of light and air.
FINISHES
For bedrooms, including those of the B & B, are proposed simple and linear furniture and finishes (they can please everyone), made more vivid colorful details: the wall which leans against the bed, for example, is colored with relaxing paint (in shades of blue and green) which can be combined with textiles and upholstery.
For flooring it is proposed a porcelain stoneware gray.
