I am very happy to participate in your contest.
Considering the possibility of the current walls being structural, I tried to make my design with minimal changes to the current walls.
I tried to have the rooms and bathrooms with suitable and practical dimensions and all have natural ventilation to the outside (window).
I placed the dining room, living room and main bedroom on the side that has a direct view of the sea so that guests can enjoy the beautiful view while eating and relaxing.
I designed bedroom number 1 and 2 in such a way that you can use it as a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds.
I modified the entrance to the ground floor staircase to make the ground floor rooms more functional.
On the ground floor, I envisioned a room for laundry and storage of clean items such as bedding, etc., and I considered the room under the stairs for storage of unnecessary and cleaning items, and maybe a septic tank, etc.
