As can be seen in the drawings, I tried to make as few changes as possible regarding the layout of the rooms and the demolition of the walls. The only change as far as window openings are in the living room. I increased the dimensions of the openings for the fireplace because of the greater light intrusion into the room and better illumination. Although you said that you do not want to change the openings, believe me the current living room is not sufficiently illuminated, and with this intervention you get to illuminate the room and have a nicer stay in it.
The whole interior is designed to be in bright and cheerful, warm colors and each room has its own special story. As you can see in the drawings in the living room I left room to set up a large table for special occasions, as you requested. Which upon completion can be stored in a basement warehouse. Whatever comfortably accommodates twelve people, of course one can accommodate more people as needed. A corner fireplace was installed.
I made small changes to the basement to improve the functionality of the premises. We have a fitness room as well as a new room that is special for watching movies and series, a small home theater.
Upstairs there are bedrooms and each has its own wardrobe as you requested. The two children's rooms have a shared bathroom, while the parent room has its own private bathroom. The children's bathroom is in bright colors and there are small ladders under the sink that will help children wash their hands and maintain their hygiene. As for the girls' bedroom, we have two variations.
I would currently put a variation with the bunk beds over getting more bedroom space so the kids would have space to play while they were little. Later when the girls grow up I would put a different variation. In each room I tried to put as many plants as possible to refine the room.
In the attic there is a guest room. It consists of a small living room with a TV, a separate guest bathroom and also a separate laundry room and wardrobe.
