The existing apartment has been divided into two residential units of 70m2 each, accessible through a common hallway and including a living area of 25m2, two double rooms of 14m2, and two bathrooms. The services have been distributed centrally: in this way it is possible to give more light to the living area, creating an open and fluid space, and take advantage of the minimum distribution spaces for access to the rooms. Interiors combine the classic style of the wooden parquet and the white frames with the modernity of the lines of the furnishings and the LED strips, which draw refined guidelines on ceilings and walls giving emphasis to the environment. The living area consists of a space for the kitchen and a living area with sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom and a twin bedroom.
