For the realization of the project of returning the space in two separate environments, it is assumed that the two apartments will have the same surface in m2 and the design will be the same for both apartments. Each apartment will have direct access to the living room in which the white color will prevail. Each element of the design will be in harmony. The main element of the design will be the white marble that will be part of the kitchen, the kitchen island, the tv credenza as well as the wall decoration behind the tv and the kitchen. Lighting will be an important part of the design, covert lighting and spotlights will be used, and the lighting will be warm to know the dominant white color at night. The rooms will have a rustic design, the colors used will be light blue and blue for the master bedroom and the green for the second floor. The master bedroom will have a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The room will be painted blue all the way to the door level. In the second room the green will be used up to the bottom quill of the window and on the two narrow sides of the room above the green painted wall area will be covered with wall paper. The bathroom will be covered with white tiles and will have secret lighting.

Per la realizzazione del progetto di restituzione dello spazio in due ambienti separati, si presume che i due appartamenti avranno la stessa superficie in m2 e il design sarà lo stesso per entrambi gli appartamenti. Ogni appartamento avrà accesso diretto al soggiorno in cui prevarrà il colore bianco. Ogni elemento del design sarà in armonia. L'elemento principale del design sarà il marmo bianco che farà parte della cucina, dell'isola della cucina, delle credenze televisive e della decorazione murale dietro la tv e la cucina. L'illuminazione sarà una parte importante del design, verranno utilizzate luci nascoste e faretti, e l'illuminazione sarà calda per conoscere il colore bianco dominante durante la notte. Le camere avranno un design rustico, i colori utilizzati saranno azzurro e blu per la camera matrimoniale e il verde per il secondo piano. La camera da letto principale avrà un bagno privato e cabina armadio. La stanza sarà dipinta di blu fino al livello della porta. Nella seconda stanza il verde verrà utilizzato fino alla piuma inferiore della finestra e sui due lati stretti della stanza sopra l'area della parete dipinta di verde sarà coperto con carta da parati.
