It was pleasure working on this project and finished the same as I was planning.
The idea was how to create a functional space without many wall and installation changes, so I decide to use the same position of the walls with few changes.
The concept is open space dining and living room, with separate kitchen and hall that connects the bedrooms. I did this because with this open concept I’m giving to the entry and the hall natural light which is very important for creating a great space.
The guest room will be multifunctional that when will you have guests it will be guest room with convertible sofa and when there will no guests you can use as a study. This option is good for saving spaces and not creating unused space.
With separate kitchen you gain more good things, and one is that when you are cooking the smell will not go inside the apartment as well as when the kitchen is in a mess, no one can see it except you.
In the laundry room you have enough space for washer and dryer (one on top of another), a sink, a wall mounted drying rack and storage for other things.
