This proposal presents a warm, functional, and modern home design that combines comfort with character.
The concept is based on a light material palette – parquet chiaro, natural wood, soft textiles – balanced with industrial accents such as black metal and minimal lighting solutions.
Each space is carefully designed:
Ingresso & Corridoio → welcoming mood with parquet, console in natural wood, and mirror with black frame.
Salone Doppio → open living & dining with modular sofa, wooden massello table, industrial pendant lights, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere.
Cucina Abitabile → practical and stylish, with light wood cabinets, quartz countertop, and subway-style backsplash.
Master & Kids Bedrooms → soft, bright, and personalized with linen headboards, built-in wardrobes, pastel accents.
Bagni → modern combinations of gres cemento/pietra, natural wood elements, glass shower/bathtub, and indirect warm lighting.
The moodboard and material selection are supported by Roma-based suppliers (ArmParquet, Iperceramica, Scavolini, Leroy Merlin, etc.), with cost estimates clearly integrated to guide feasibility and real implementation.
