Here is the layout plan I designed which I tried to deliver your requirements the best way possible.
I prioritize plotting the bedroom in locations with window access, so in this arrangement, the bathrooms are left without window, which you can optimize the air ventilation by using exhaust fan.
Then I also allocate the biggest space possible for the living area, this area is very spacious and light :)
I made a separate space for laundry cabinet instead of putting it inside the bathroom.
However, you can adjust from this layout if there is other specific requirement you want to accomplish. In general this is the space planning.
