This plan is designed considering your requirements and preferences. The living room,home office and master bedroom were placed on North side of apartment as per your request. I have uploaded two option of floor plan in .DWG format
Two Bathroom have been created one large and one small, both contain bidet,toilet,shower and sink, but the larger one consist of bathtub too.
Living-room with open kitchen consisting kitchen peninsula and dining table, also a option of fire place dividing the section were given in plan views.
A shoe rack with a sit-up can be placed near the entrance of home. Or a study desk as mention and shown in render views
A solution for laundry room is provided
Master bedroom is connected with walk-in closet.
Guest room with single bed is provided at the end of the house
Gym area with sufficient area and with balcony entrance.
