As you requested the living room is an open space with american-style kitchen and dining area, all facing south to enjoy the daylight and view on the garden.
Connected to the kitchen I provided a pantry room, a laundry and the access to the garage. The staircase is now valorized thanks to its central position.
The guest room is near the entrance and had its private bathroom for maximum privacy. Just at the entrance you have a powder room and large walk in wardrobe for coats, shoes etc.. and wow effect for the double high space and the living open space.
A corridor leads you to the quite side of the house were you have a master bedroom, prayer room and a study.
Upstairs one single room, a double room, bathroom and relax area open to the double high space. The furniture I chose are all from selected USA brand and in a craftman- vintage style. The living room has a new fireplace double facing.
