1. LOGO MODEL CONCEPT
I named your guest house after the golden tree, this represents that you offer a cool and luxurious place to stay, so I applied this cool and luxurious impression in the logo concept that I placed inside and outside the room.
2. INTERIOR PLACEMENT
I believe that to create a comfortable space for visitors, we must have a room with a wide enough width, therefore I tried to make the space of the two rooms spacious by destroying and adding some walls appropriately, in order to create rooms with sizes that are not much different. Apart from that, there is a bathroom in each bedroom. The bedrooms are made with a cool concept with a combination of white and wood colors, equipped with a television and washbasin.
There is a kitchen that is used by all guests, the size remains the same as before, only there is a kitchen with a table and chairs for guests who will be making food, I put the table facing the wall because the efficiency of the kitchen space which is not too big is a consideration. it's important.
3. EXTERIOR PLACEMENT
This is important in this project, you want a balcony that has a cool feel with lights. I tried to put appropriate furniture such as a sofa for relaxing, just reading a book or drinking wine, there I added a wooden canopy with glass as the top layer, you can make this a pretty good option, but you can also not add it if you still have enough of a sitting area without a canopy.
as I said at the beginning, the balcony has plants to cover the direct view of the neighbors, you can add plants that are high enough, it doesn't have to be the plants that I included in the 3D image that I made, that's just for illustration, but that's it. could be an interesting choice, don't forget to put a safe as storage and a photo of the city silhouette of the house above the door between the two rooms.
4. MATERIALS
I asked about flooring, and parquet flooring was the choice, because it was cheaper. and this is in accordance with the concept that I proposed, because it has a dominant wood color to create a cooler space.
