dear client,
I designed your building to be an icon, with its facade remade so as to attract the attention of passers-by in cars or train passengers.
on the inside I made the lounge area located in the central area so that customers can easily reach the facilities they want, the store area I created is in front and with additional windows along the front of the store so that the first and last view before the customer leaves the facility, the goal is to increase sales of products, next to the store I put a laboratory and warehouse. (I made the warehouse area and staff room access only to be used by employees).
on the top floor I added a cafeteria along with its seating area and also a fairly large putting green so customers can play golf while waiting for food to be served.
