Hello There dear client, I'll explain to you what I did depending on the fact that you need to add underfloor heating + bedrooms floor.
1- Increased the level on the ground floor by 40 cm to add 20 cm underfloor heating and another 20 for covering and finishing (U can remove this level and subtract all the levels by 20 cm if you don't want that).
2-added the closed terrace 3*7.5 on the left side to merge with the living room.
3- tired to keep the floor plan as open as i can.
4- added under stairs W.C to be used by the users on ground floor (easier than going up all the time).
5- Added a storage units under the stairs too.
6- Dinning room with a direct connection to the kitchen.
7- Added the Guestroom/Studio room for you and i left that unfurnished for you until you decide what to do with it.
8- on the second floor there's 3 bedrooms ( 1 master with a bathroom + 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle).
9-this floor has two large terraces one above the garage and the other one above the terrace on the ground floor.
10- tried to suggest ideas for the exterior cladding colors.
11-Concept interior design not finished.
