The designing has been done in consonance with the provided requirements and suggestions.
1) A cupboard is proposed, which can contain the washing machine in a space underneath the boiler. The boiler, and its piping is concealed, in a manner that it allows thermal permeability, and is aesthetically integrated into the wardrobe design vocabulary. Spaces for ironing board, brooms, etc. are provided as well.
2) A couch, with a green wall in the background (taking cue from the suggestion image provided) is proposed. The green wall consists of artificial plant material, and is proposed on the existing wall surface (not on the glass) so that natural illumination remains uncompromised.
3) A desk is provided on the other side, in a location and orientation that does not compromise movement within the space.
