Il progetto è stato sviluppato sulla base delle vostre indicazioni ma sono molti gli aspetti che mi piacerebbe poter approfondire, il vostro giardino è molto interessante.
L’attuale allestimento con ampie aiuole rialzate e piccole parti pavimentate non permette un’ottimale fruizione degli spazi. Nel progetto vengono eliminate completamente le aiuole rialzate e il giardino viene riportato tutto su uno stesso livello salvaguardando i due alberi più grandi. Si vengono così a definire tre zone: un’area pavimentata davanti all’ingresso all’abitazione con una pergola bioclimatica e una lunga fioriera in metallo, una zona sul retro accessibile dalla camera e dalla nuova pergola e una zona di fronte al soggiorno.
L’ingresso dalla strada viene valorizzato tramite un secondo pilastro e reso più elegante tramite due sfere in cemento o pietra. La tettoia da voi richiesta si può integrare nel progetto previa verifica del regolamento edilizio comunale. Viene riproporzionata la scala ed eliminata la rampa. La luce necessaria al momento dell’accesso dalla strada anche in assenza della tettoia viene fornita dalla grande fioriera posizionata sul confine a sinistra, una led strip interna ed una a terra accompagnano fino all’ingresso alla pergola. Questa fioriera in metallo tipo Corten ospita rampicanti (bouganvile o vite canadesi potrebbero arrampicarsi sulla parete confinante vicino al vostro accesso dalla strada) e piante erbacee perenni a bassa necessità idrica.
La pergola bioclimatica collocata tra l’attuale capanno degli attrezzi e l’ingresso all’abitazione permette di sfruttare il giardino in tutte le stagioni, una vera e propria stanza in più della casa dove poter pranzare e soggiornare. Il volume del capanno viene leggermente ampliato e diventa anch’esso uno spazio vivibile, ideale per un piccolo studio appartato o per una comoda lavanderia. Si può realizzare in legno o in muratura rivestita in dogato di legno. Attraverso la pergola si accede anche alla zona del giardino posta sul retro. Questa zona viene lasciata a prato con una siepe che scherma il confine, ideale come zona giochi per il vostro bimbo.
La zona di fronte al soggiorno viene liberata per dare respiro anche dall’interno. Una siepe garantisce la privacy e vi si possono collocare arredi outdoor e lampade da esterno così come un piccolo barbecue su ruote tipo Weber.
Le aree a prato si possono irrigare con irrigatori interrati a teste rotanti. Per la fioriera e per i due alberi è’ sufficiente un impianto di irrigazione a goccia per la manutenzione.
La pavimentazione è pensata in gres porcellanato a grande formato (60x120) da esterno effetto pietra o cemento, una pavimentazione semplice da pulire e di grande effetto.
Prevederei all’esterno qualche punto di alimentazione elettrica oltre alle alimentazioni delle lampade da muro e le strip led in modo da poter collocare lampade d’appoggio e casse audio.

The project was developed on the basis of your indications but there are many aspects that I would like to be able to deepen, your garden is very interesting.
The current layout with large raised flower beds and small paved parts does not allow for optimal use of the spaces. In the project the raised flower beds are completely eliminated and the garden is brought back to the same level, safeguarding the two largest trees. Three areas are defined: a paved area in front of the entrance to the house with a bioclimatic pergola and a long metal planter, an area at the back accessible from the bedroom and the new pergola and an area in front of the living room.
The entrance from the street is enhanced by a second pillar and made more elegant by two concrete or stone spheres. The roof you requested can be integrated into the project after checking the municipal building regulations. The staircase is re-proportioned and the ramp eliminated. The light needed at the time of access from the road even in the absence of the canopy is provided by the large planter positioned on the border on the left, an internal led strip and one on the ground accompany up to the entrance to the pergola. This Corten-like metal planter houses vines (bougainvillea or Canadian vines could climb the neighboring wall near your access from the road) and low-water perennial herbaceous plants.

The area in front of the living room is freed to give breath also from the inside. A hedge guarantees privacy and you can place outdoor furniture and outdoor lamps as well as a small Weber-type barbecue on wheels.
Lawn areas can be irrigated with underground rotating head sprinklers. For the planter and the two trees, a drip irrigation system is sufficient for maintenance.
The flooring is designed in large-format porcelain stoneware (60x120) for outdoor use with a stone or concrete effect, a flooring that is easy to clean and has a great effect.
I would provide some power supply points outside in addition to the power supplies for the wall lamps and the LED strips in order to place support lamps and audio speakers.
