Per la realizzazione del restauro del giardino si è pensato di creare un'architettura più pulita realizzando più superfici rivestite con piastrelle di pietra e utilizzando tappeti erbosi per le aree verdi. Gli alberi principali saranno preservati e attorno al tronco saranno posizionate pietre decorative bianche di forma circolare. Nella zona antistante la cucina e il soggiorno verrà realizzata una veranda con pareti in vetro che potrà essere aperta durante il periodo estivo e chiusa durante l'inverno per consentire l'utilizzo del giardino durante tutto l'anno. In questo spazio ci sarà una zona lounge con divano e poltrona e un tavolo da pranzo per pranzare e cenare con la famiglia e gli amici. La copertura sarà realizzata con una tenda mobile con illuminazione incorporata, in modo che possa essere aperta quando c'è bisogno di utilizzare i raggi del sole. Ci sarà un barbecue mobile nella parte inferiore dello spazio. L'ingresso avrà due scale con illuminazione nascosta sotto di esse e avrà un design moderno con un grande portone d'ingresso, due colonne laterali e un tetto con tettoia per essere protetti dalla pioggia quando si apre la porta.
