nella proposta di progetto lo spazio a disposizione è stato riorganizzato cercando di soddisfare i Suoi desideri espressi nel concorso. Si predilige uno stile minimalista, lineare e chiaro per dare più luminosità e freschezza possibile all’appartamento. Le porte interne a tutt’altezza, a scorrimento esterno alla parete e a filo muro, contribuiscono a dare un tocco elegante e giovanile. Allo stesso tempo i colori e le forme vogliono creare uno spazio accogliente e confortevole.
Le aree di soggiorno, cucina-pranzo ed entrata sono unificate dal disegno degli arredi che distinguono, definiscono ed uniscono allo stesso tempo i singoli spazi. Nella cucina trovano posto la colonna frigo, la colonna ad altezza ridotta forno e microonde, il piano cottura, il lavello; nel caso che lo si desideri, sarebbe possibile inserire anche una lavastoviglie.
La camera comprende un guardaroba suddiviso in due parti nell’entrata dell’ambiente, oltre ad una comoda toeletta nella parete di fronte al letto.
Il bagno contiene tutti gli elementi sanitari desiderati con un buono spazio doccia.
Nel ripostiglio trovano posto la lavatrice (eventualmente un’asciugatrice in colonna) e numerosi ripiani che, sfruttando l’altezza delle pareti, offrono un buono spazio di deposito. In questo ambiente è collocato anche lo scaldabagno elettrico mentre le pompe di calore e raffreddamento del sistema “Unico” (mod. Olimpia) sono installate nel vano sotto le finestre del soggiorno e della camera.
Un controsoffitto ribassato contribuisce a rendere più accogliente lo spazio di ingresso all’appartamento, l'entrata della camera da letto e il bagno.

in the project proposal the space available was reorganized trying to satisfy your wishes expressed in the competition. A minimalist, linear and clear style is preferred to give the apartment as much brightness and freshness as possible. The full-height internal doors, sliding outside the wall and flush with the wall, help to give an elegant and youthful touch. At the same time the colors and shapes want to create a welcoming and comfortable space.
The living, kitchen-dining and entrance areas are unified by the design of the furnishings which distinguish, define and unite the individual spaces at the same time. In the kitchen you will find a fridge column, an oven and microwave half-column, a cooktop and a sink; if desired, it would also be possible to insert a dishwasher.
The room includes a wardrobe divided into two parts at the entrance to the room, as well as a comfortable dressing table on the wall opposite the bed.
The bathroom contains all the desired sanitary elements as well as a good shower space.
In the utility room there is a washing machine (possibly a tumble dryer) and numerous shelves which, taking advantage of the height of the walls, offer good storage space. The electric water heater is also located in this space, while the heat and cooling pumps of the "Unico" system (mod. Olimpia) are installed in the compartment under the windows of the living room and bedroom.
A lowered false ceiling helps to make the entrance space to the apartment, to the bedroom and the bathroom more welcoming.
