L'idea alla base del progetto è l'ottimizzazione dello spazio, creando ambienti di vita piacevoli e fruibili con comodità e qualità. Seguendo questo principio, si è cercato di recuperare tutto lo spazio dell'ingresso per creare una zona giorno più ampia possibile senza sacrificare la camera, sufficientemente spaziosa anche per due armadi.
L'ambiente doccia poi, che comprende anche lo spazio per la lavatrice e un'eventuale asciugatrice, permette di lasciare il bagno nella sua collocazione attuale senza le eccessive opere idrauliche che comporterebbe lo spostamento del wc.
Nel complesso, le due stanze principali sono ben arieggiate e illuminate e sfruttano pienamente lo spazio a disposizione.

The idea behind the project is the optimisation of space, creating pleasant and usable living spaces with comfort and quality. Following this principle, an attempt was made to recover all the space in the entrance hall to create a living area as large as possible without sacrificing the bedroom, which is also spacious enough for two wardrobes.
The shower area then, which also includes space for a washing machine and a possible dryer, makes it possible to leave the bathroom in its current location without the excessive plumbing work that moving the toilet would entail.
Overall, the two main rooms are well ventilated and lit and make full use of the available space.
