In the proposed project I brought rationality between the existing space and the client's requests. The day and night areas are separated by double gypsum walls to provide good acoustic and thermal insulation. The positioning of the toilet has not been changed to keep costs at optimal levels as well as to avoid risky interventions. The toilet has been expanded with a shower, and the laundry is accessible from the corridor.I have proposed lining some walls with gypsum panels to pass the electrical installations and so that the refinishing (paint, stucco) comes out better.
The project is more detailed than what is required (the floor plans of plaster walls, lighting, ceilings, refinishing plans) and the specifications in the technical files in the layouts.
In case the client wants to cooperate with me, in the future the project can be detailed with 3D images, price lists and furniture catalogs as I am open for it.
