In questa soluzione, si propone l’ampliamento del bagno in modo da poter inserire in box doccia e la demolizione del muro della cucina in modo da ottenere un open space. Si accede quindi all’abitazione attraverso un piccolo ingresso sul quale affaccia il bagno (cosi da non dover aver l’anti bagno) e poi si entra nella zona open space, resa versatile dalla scelta dei complementi d’arredo.
Avremo quindi:
- bagno: box doccia angolare 80x80 cm, wc, bidet e lavandino.
- zona living: 2 poltrone, tv, letto regolabile in altezza, un armadio (usato come divisorio), cucina con pensili e tavolo da 2 posti.
Il bagno è ridotto in altezza a 2,40 m (la dimensione minima in altezza secondo norma di legge) in modo tale da avere un volume meno alto del resto della casa per ricavare un piccolo soppalco dove poter nascondere oggetti non utilizzati nella quotidianeità, come valigie, coperte durante il cambio di stagione, attrezzi ecc.
Il sistema del letto è regolabile in altezza elettricamente. Con il soppalco sollevato, si ha libero accesso allo spazio sottostante. Con il soppalco abbassato è possibile accedere al letto. Lo spazio sotto al letto accoglie senza problemi le 2 poltrone anche quando viene totalmente abbassato.

So we will have:
- Bathroom: box 80x80 cm corner shower, wc, bidet and washbasin.
- Living room: 2 armchairs, TV, height-adjustable bed, a wardrobe (used as a room divider), kitchen with cabinets and table 2 places.
The bathroom is reduced in height to 2.40 m (the minimum dimension in height according to law) so as to have a volume less high the rest of the house to derive a small loft where to hide objects not used in everyday life, such as suitcases, blankets during the change of season, tools etc.
The system of the bed is electrically adjustable height. With the raised loft, you have free access to the space below. With the loft down you can access the bedroom. The space under the bed accommodates 2 armchairs without problems even when it is fully lowered.
