We suggest two options.
The first option creates two separate spaces: a tiny, cozy, daily room, and a separate bedroom. Starting from the entrance (B), the bathroom is rearranged to save space for a niche shower. On the opposite side we decide to put the kitchen, in order to use the same wall for all the pipes. The ceiling’s entire height is restored, and over the kitchen and the bathroom we put a built in storage. The same strategy allows to have an entire wall of built in closet on the other side of the room, in order to divide the livingroom from the bedroom.
The door is cut inside one of thestorage units (A).

The second option creates a bigger open space. At the entrance (B) the enlarged space is optimize with a built in wardrobe that surround the entrance
door. The bathroom stays in the same position but is enlarged too.A rotated wall separate the big shower from the niche bed, and close the entrance area creating space for one more closet. On the opposite side the niche bed (A) stands inside of a modular built-in system with an upper storage and a base made of drawers. The bed can be close with a curtain when needed. The remaining area is a big sunny open space dedicated
to the living and dining. The kitchen remains in its original position so that no pipes have to be moved.

Due to the tiny space and the costs of moving pipes and systems, we kindly suggest to adopt the second option. You will gain a bigger liveable space, with a cheaper intervention.
